In places like the United States, sweet breakfasts have become the norm, but in many other cultures, breakfast consists of savory items just like any other meal of the day. Is it any wonder why so many people have a mid-day energy crash after all the sugar has worn off?

BEGINNER LEVEL
Swap your usual morning meal for a simple, protein and veggie breakfast 3 times per week.
We have plenty of great recipes that are examples of this:
Not a fan of eggs? Swap eggs for ground beef, chicken, or turkey and have veggies on the side!
Or, the easiest way of all - Have a veggie protein shake!
INTERMEDIATE LEVEL
Swap your usual morning meal for a simple, protein and veggie breakfast 4-5 times per week. (See the Beginners Challenge for recipe examples!)
ADVANCED LEVEL
Swap your usual morning meal for a simple, protein and veggie breakfast 6-7 times per week. (See the Beginners Challenge for recipe examples!)
BONUS CHALLENGE
Keep that momentum going! On challenge days, refrain from eating anything sweet or carb heavy until after 2pm
(Extra bonus points if you skip these items until after dinner or all together!)
