Welcome to Real Food Challenges!

These monthly challenges are meant to help you learn and grow when it come to all things healthy and toxin-free in your kitchen.

Each challenge is designed with various levels to accommodate realistic beginner, intermediate, and advanced level goals. Select the level you feel is realistic but will also challenge you. If you select a higher level and determine it to be unachievable, don’t give up! Back down to a lower level and keep going! On the contrary, if you select a lower level and find it to be easy, feel free to step up to the next challenge level!
